Video: Greg Stach discussed many aspects of farming using biodynamics for healthy plants. Biodynamics requires the use of compost to cover soil and feed microbes, not mulch. He cited several books and using a celestial planting calendar as critical learning pieces, and talked about the importance of raising brix levels to ward off insects.
